REFUNDS
Items sold on the website are non refundable. Shirts are exchangeable for a different size within 30 days from order date, if shirt is stretched or damaged Kitten Koffin reserves the right to deny exchange (please don't send back shirts that have obvious wear or streched out from trying to make it fit). All underwear purchases are final with no exchange (Cleanliness is next to Godliness). The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
